1) minum 2 gelas stlh bangun tdur dpt mbersihkn organ2 internal.
2) minum sgelas air, 30 menit sblm makan dpt mbntu fungsi slruh pncernaan + ginjal.
3) minum sgelas air sblm mandi dpt mnurunkn teknan darah.
4) minum sgelas air sblm tdur dpt mcegah stroke + serangan jantung.
