Bahan:
1 bh pisang ambon
1 sdm havermut/oat
1/2 zuchini kukus
asip/air sebagai pengencer

cara membuat :
grinder/blender havermut kasar sampai alus, masak dengan 200ml air aduk aduk sampai matang (mendidih), kerok pisang ambon usahakan jangan sampai bijinya haluskan dengan zuchini kukus campur dengan bubur havermut kental tambah air/asip sampai kekentalan yang diinginkan
